Two delectable wine events are coming to Miami Beach, first at Canyon Ranch Grill, then at Eos.
Canyon Ranch Grill is inviting guests to enjoy an evening showcase of fine organic, balanced and holistic wines while engaging in “Biodynamic Demystified.” On September 17, guests will be guided by wine professionals through a tasting and Q & A session as they sample delicious hors d’oeuvres by Executive Chef Elizabeth Barlow.
This month, guests will sample a variety of Biodynamic wines including the Marcel Diess “Burlenburg” Pinot Noir and Pascal Jolivet Sancere. The tasting begins at 6PM and tickets are just $20 including complimentary valet parking. Stay for dinner to enjoy a nourishing entrée and receive a complimentary entrée of equal or lesser value. Also on September 17, Eos continues its monthly wine dinner series with specially selected wines from the Rioja Alta region. Guests will enjoy a delicious reception and multi-course dinner paired with a variety of wines from the Spanish government’s Vibrant Rioja consortium and Crown Wine & Spirits. Notable winemakers David Sampedro and Rafael Momeñe will be on hand to showcase the tradition and innovation of Rioja wines in depth.
Featured wines including the Brozal Blanco 2008 and the Phideas 2007 are ideal compliments to Chef Michael Psilakis’ signature dishes – smoked octopus with smoked skordalia, and the duck and spiny lobster paella among others. Reception begins at 7 PM and tickets are $95.
