New businesses are opening at CocoWalk in Coconut Grove, Florida this summer. Here is a look at what’s new…
Paragon Grove 13 Theaters opened Friday June 4, 2010 and has exceeded all expectation thus far. Paragon Entertainment was formed by certain executive management of Muvico Entertainment, LLC (“Muvico”) to invest, develop, construct, own, and manage movie theaters and related entertainment ventures in the United States and abroad. Paragon has significant strategic relationships with companies such as Sony Electronics, Pepsi, Splitsville, Screenvision, and other media and entertainment companies to create value for its partners and clients in the entertainment space. Set to launch in September is Phase 2 of Paragons’ plans including bowling, a lounge and a private, alternative viewing theater.
RODEZart.com Gallery opened on the 2nd floor of CocoWalk in April 2010. Rodez, who was born in New York of Cuban heritage, is a self-taught artist whose strength is his diversity, allowing himself the freedom to create multiple bodies of work, each vastly different from the other. He states that to live life is to feel all of these emotions and we should use them as tools to help us live a fuller, richer and more complete life.
Bobby Chan Men’s Sportswear opened on the Ground Floor of CocoWalk May 2010. Bobby Chan has recognized an enormous void in the marketplace, and seized the opportunity to design and manufacture a high-end looking Men’s lifestyle apparel collection at impulse retail prices.
European Fashion Outlet opened on the Ground Floor of CocoWalk also in May 2010 by retailer Les Roberts who also owns the Peter Max gallery across the street from CocoWalk as well as numerous other apparel boutiques in Coconut Grove. European Fashion Outlet serves the fashion forward customer and has items to suit any budget.
CocoWok set to open September 2010 offering an upscale Fresh Asian Fair takeout/delivery Café. Cocowok will be serving fast, fresh, healthy Asian style Rice, Noodles and Vegetables dishes complemented with choice of protein cooked to order. Menu will also have appetizers, soups and salads made fresh daily.
Lack of Asian cuisine in the Coconut Grove area is the primary reason for Cocowok. Our concept will be offering a healthy fresh Asian product at a competitive price point, delivered to your door. Take out and dine will be available. Cocowok will be targeted specifically to residents and visitors of the Coconut Grove, Fl area and will be located for in the heart of Coconut Grove at Cocowalk.
