Starting August 1st, 2009, China Grill’s new Summer menu will offer Miami Beach diners an option to choose between half and whole orders of the existing sharing plates–giving everyone a chance to sample a wider variety of dishes without breaking the bank.
The new pricing is ideal for single diners and smaller parties who can now enjoy the same China Grill Experience they’ve come to expect over the past 14 years without the mandatory doggie bag. Meanwhile, parties of all sizes will benefit from the ability to mix and match their portion selections according to their mood and appetite.
What’s more, China Grill is pleased to announce the addition of new menu items available at all locations. In May, 2009 the executive chefs from the six China Grill locations converged for a brainstorming session that would produce seven exciting new dishes including Spiced Crispy Pork Belly with avocado salad, watermelon salad and sweet chili sauce; Lemongrass Crusted Tofu Tots with pickled cucumbers and kimchee sauce; Steak & Tomato Salad with grilled skirt steak, seasoned tomatoes, baby greens, pickled bean sprouts, sambal and honey-lime vinaigrette; Moroccan Lamb Ossobuco with Imperial couscous and Asia dry cherry glaze; Char Siu Baby Back Pork Ribs with jicama-Napa cabbage slaw and apple crisps, Korean Kalbi rib-eye with truffled artichoke-potato hash, and Miso Grilled Vegetables & Udon Noodles with spicy hoisin and mushroom sauce.
These new dishes will be available in both half and whole portion sizes (with the exception of the Korean Kalbi rib-eye, which will be available as a whole order) at the Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Las Vegas locations only.
Finally, if new menu portions and prices, newly created dishes, expertly prepared sushi from the Dragon Room and the upcoming Miami Spice prix fixe menu aren’t enough to entice, the restaurant is proud to offer one of the lowest Valet Parking price seen in South Beach in 20 years at $6 with validation when dining at China Grill.
