Area 31 made its Miami debut on December 15 and offers guest a new view of Miami – A Night Under the Stars. Executive Chef John Critchley has prepared a five-course menu featuring local seafood with Mediterranean inspiration. Area 31 promises to be the best spot for an amazing fireworks display, with dramatic views of Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Key Biscayne.
The Area 31 A Night Under the Stars includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, an after dinner libation, a midnight Champagne toast and live music.
The five-course menu includes:
Island Creek Oyster on the Half Shell (with paddlefish caviar, alligator pepper and golden balsamic vinegar)
Escargot (braised wild burgundy snails, cured tuna loin with rocket greens)
Ricotta Gnocchi (jamon Serrano – piave broth, pea tendrils)
Beef Short Rib (aeromatic braised beef shortrib, cauliflower mousseline, broccoli romanesco)
Blood Orange Capsule (frozen blood orange capsule, hazelnut chocolate cremeux, fennel pollen)
